Improvements based on prestige, they dont really have holdings, and you could just have the "buildable" things be more horsemen, more slaves, more sheep, etc. I also think with a few tweaks, Tribal holdings could work perfectly for the Dothraki. Basicly what I am saying is, I dont get the Dothraki.

I dont understand giving away Khalsar levels, what they do, how you get more, how to check what your current khalsar level is, or what giving khalsar levels to people does. You have to "move" your Khalsar which is a weird mechanic that I dont quite understand. Do the Dothraki turn feudal holdings into those weird "khalsar" holdings?
